The Web Portal does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by external sources and accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequences arising from the use of such data.
Though ACRI-ST uses the best technical standards to control its site, material on this website may inadvertently include technical inaccuracies or other errors. Personal data privacy

By accessing the ODESA website, certain information about users, such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, navigation through the site, software used and time spent, as well as other similar information, are stored. These will not specifically identify users and the information will be used internally for website traffic analysis only.
ACRI-ST does not sell or rent its website users' names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information.
However, if users want to access the software, they should provide detailed information, including name, address, telephone, e-mail. Such information will be stored for the sole purpose of ODESA.

LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the ODESA CFI software
The ODESA CFI software is provided under the following terms and conditions:

The software is the set of computer programs ODESA MEGS® packages regardless of the form in which you may subsequently use it, and regardless of any modification which you may make to it.

The license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license without fees, provided that
  i.

You shall not disclose or copy to a third party the software or any part thereof.
  ii.

You shall not remove or alter any proprietary legends or notices contained in the Software
  iii.



You commit to provide back any algorithm adaptation or modification should you believe it would benefit the user community and in such a case, submit it for its inclusion in the maintained version of ODESA MEGS®:
    a.


You agree that such modification or new algorithm shall undergo a validation/qualification process prior to its approval as an ESA supported algorithm
    b.


ACRI-ST and the European Space Agency shall be entitled to use and transfer to third parties any such qualified modification free of charge.
    c.


Such ESA supported algorithm shall be identified as such in the software with due acknowledgement to you.
  iv.


Neither the European Space Agency nor ACRI-ST shall be held liable for the consequences of any use of the software.
  v.





You agree to defend and indemnify the European Space Agency from and against all claims, proceedings, damages, costs and expenses arising from any infringement of third party rights resulting from the wrongful disclosure or use of the software contrary to the above terms.

For any use of ODESA in the public domain (e.g. publications or public presentations using data processed by ODESA) you commit to acknowledge ESA and ACRI-ST for developing ODESA, with an explicit link to http://earth.eo.esa.int/odesa
